Before your appointment

• Show up with 1-2 day old hair. Any dry shampoo, root cover spray, natural oils and alter the color/lightening process.

• If you are more than 15 mins late to your original appointment time, you will be charged a rebooking fee and will be charged before rebooking.

• Please reschedule 24 hours before your original appointment time. If failed to do so, you will be charged a rebooking fee before being rebooked.

During your appointment

• If you would like to request a silent appointment, please let the stylist know during the booking process.

• You are welcome to scroll your phone, play games, make calls and text. But please remind still while doing so.

• If you have mobility issues, please don’t hesitate to ask for assistance.

• Bathroom breaks are a must. Never hesitate to ask for a break.
